Running Strength Program

Trademark Therapy is looking for 4 participants to partake in an 8 week program to develop a stronger more efficient and more resilient running technique. As well as reduce the likelihood of developing common injuries such a patella tendinopathy (runner’s knee) hamstring injuries and Achilles tendinopathies.

There will be 3 main focuses to the program

  • Muscle patterns– Establish synergy between muscles and ensuring they are working efficiently and correctly
  • Correct muscular strength imbalances
  • Develop a stronger, safer and more efficient running technique
Each client will have an individual consult where your running technique will be assessed as well go through specific muscular strength exercises. This information will then be used to prescribe you with your personal exercise program.
Perfect for marathon runners, team sport athletes as well as your casual weekend runner.
