Studies have shown that there are many benefits from training during pregnancy, not only for the soon to be mum as well, but also for development of the child both physically and mentally.

Some of the benefits include:

The program is designed to take you through both the physiological and hormonal changes that occur throughout the duration of the pregnancy and is tailored specifically towards the stage that you would be currently at. We offer both semi private and private classes, in both each client will confidently know they are receiving the appropriate attention they require.
